The second question raises the issue of whether the sentence imposed upon defendant after the revocation of probation constitutes a breach by the state of its plea agreement with the defendant. The third question is whether defendant was denied equal protection of the law because his presentence incarceration in lieu of bond plus the maximum prison sentence given exceeded the statutory maximum prison sentence.
