¶1 Michael L. Fuerst appeals a judgment entered on his guilty plea to first-degree sexual assault of a child as an habitual criminal. See Wis. Stat. §§ 948.02(1), 939.62 (1999-2000). He also appeals an order denying his post-conviction motion for plea withdrawal or, in the alternative, to modify his sentence. Fuerst claims that: (1) the circuit court erroneously denied his post-conviction motion for plea withdrawal without an evidentiary hearing; and (2) the circuit court erroneously exercised its sentencing discretion. We affirm.
